Recently, PESSI has embarked on a Reforms Agenda to not only improve the Business environment of the Province by incorporating E-powered technology to bring achievability and viability to all its systems of services but also to extend its services to informal sector. This set PESSI apart from other ESSI’s by being a pioneer in setting standards of excellence by introducing state of the art technology for an integrated approach.

Reforms team, PESSI has been working diligently towards realizing its mission; “Reforms for Improved Systems” by developing an in-house, state of the art, innovative centralized monitoring Dashboard under its reform roadmap. This one of a kind monitoring system allows key stakeholders to determine functionality index of all our Health Facilities against pre-defined Key Performance Indicators, monitor monthly online Business registration and Contribution collection, monitor field tours of each field Director in real time, outline dengue activities, up-to-date status of domestic worker registration, interlinked Human Resource Management Information system, Online Complaint management system and showcase PESSI achievements on a single visually designed portal.

About Project

The “Reforms for Improved Systems” dashboard has been developed with support from the Labour Standards Programme (LSP). Working on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation (BMZ), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing LSP in the textile and garment industry of Punjab. LSP works closely with the Labour & Human Resource Department (L&HRD), and its subsidiary institutions to improve compliance with labour and environmental standards.
